Welcome to Dragonfly Holistic Wellbeing! We are Tracey and Clare, trauma-informed therapists specialising in integrative therapy, using a variety of tools to work with your particular needs, including a somatic approach. Our intuitive approach makes us effective practitioners, allowing us to work with individuals of all ages, from children and young people to adults. With additional training in supporting children and young people, we have a good understanding of their unique needs. We are passionate about inclusivity and have experience working with individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum. Whether you prefer online sessions, face-to-face meetings, or telephone consultations, we offer flexible options to suit your own preferences. Our priority is to create a safe and supportive space where you can undertake your healing journey.
