Initial Consultations are free and consists of a 30 mins telephone call, online or in person.

This enables us to discuss the reason you are thinking of coming to counselling, whether it could be helpful to you and for you to establish if we are the right therapist for you.

Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy Sessions - 60 minutes, from £55.00 per session.

Couples & Relationship Counselling Sessions - 60 minutes , cost £85.00 per session - with Dr Clare Scott.

Brainspotting - Dr Clare Scott- Initial assessment (1 hr) -£50.00

Brainspotting sessions thereafter - 1hr- £70.00

Counselling & Psychotherapy Sessions are available in person, online or telephone

Reflexology - £45.00 -

Reiki- £45.00

Please note: We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment; otherwise missed sessions will still require payment.
