"Change is the essence of life; be willing to surrender what you are for what you could become"

Hi, I’m Tracey
As an Adlerian Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I am committed to helping you learn how to take a holistic approach towards wellbeing, building a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
My work focuses on encouraging the exploration of ineffective behaviours, habits and beliefs which are impacting daily life, with the aim of helping to live happier, healthier and more productive lives.
I believe in taking a collaborative and integrative approach to helping you reach your goals, providing a safe, warm, empathically non-judgemental space with which to work from.
As a holistic practitioner at Dragonfly Holistic Wellbeing, I work with the Emotional, Mental, Physical, Social and Spiritual areas of life. I am passionate about improving mental health and physical wellbeing within our communities and have over 24 years’ experience as a Therapist.
An holistic approach to Counselling and Psychotherapy encompasses all aspects of a person's personal growth and self improvement. It encourages self-awareness and self- empowerment, which in turn fosters a sense of autonomy and control over your Mental and Emotional Wellbeing, leading to a more balanced and fulfilled life.
My approach is individualised and collaborative.
I am a highly trained and experienced Trauma and Somatic therapy-informed practitioner. Using somatic techniques helps to bring calm to our nervous system which has being overloaded by stress and Trauma.
Using Reflexology and Aromatherapy within the healthcare sector has given me extensive experience with 3 forms of palliative care: Psychological, Physical & Spiritual, providing a holistic approach addressing the needs of those living with serious illnesses. The goal is to improve quality of life, increase a sense of control, help alleviate feelings of anxiety, decrease stress, improve mood, help promote relaxation and sleep. I continue to work in this field with vulnerable adults within the healthcare sector and within my private practice.
I have extensive skills in neurodiversity, having trained to a deeper level of understanding and practice, so that I am able to help those affected by it, personally, in relationships, and within the family.
Alongside my private practice, I am a volunteer with Sandy Bear, a bereavement charity for children and young people in Pembrokeshire.
And I also work with Get The Boys A Lift , ( GTBAL ) charity in Pembrokeshire.

Hi, I'm Clare
With a passion for holistic wellbeing and a diverse range of expertise, I bring a unique perspective to Dragonfly Holistic Wellbeing. In addition to individual psychotherapy, I have trained and worked in the areas of neurodiversity, couples counselling, sexual health, brainspotting, IFS, trauma, life coaching, somatic therapy, pregnancy and baby loss.
Having been a diagnostic assessor for neurodivergent children and adults for over 20 years, my specialisation lies in working with neurodiverse clients; as a neurodiversity consultant, I support individuals and their families in navigating the challenges and celebrating the strengths of neurodiversity. As a supervisor for counsellors in this field, I ensure that the support provided is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
I work as a creative writing therapist. I am an expressive arts practitioner and convinced of the difference that creative thinking and practice makes to mental wellbeing. Alongside my practical experience, I hold a Ph.D. in creative writing, which allows me to integrate expressive arts into therapeutic practices. I am fascinated by psychogeography and the exploration of our relationships with places, which adds depth to my understanding of clients' experiences.
Spiritual practice holds a significant place in my approach, recognising the importance of the spiritual journey in healing and self-discovery. I work with the five senses to provide a rich therapeutic experience. I believe in taking a comprehensive view of each client, acknowledging all aspects of who they are – physically, mentally, emotionally, geographically, and spiritually. This inclusive approach enables me to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their unique paths to holistic wellbeing.
At Dragonfly Holistic Wellbeing, I am committed to nurturing the whole person and facilitating a healing journey that honours each individual's distinct journey. With my diverse background and deep respect for the interconnectedness of all aspects of our lives, I am dedicated to helping clients discover and embrace their true selves, finding balance and harmony within themselves and their surroundings. Together, let's embark on a transformative journey towards holistic wellbeing.
