We offer in person, online and telephone appointments and welcome enquires from all areas of Wales, UK and Ireland, where appointments can be conducted online or by telephone.

Fees and Availability
We offer a Free 20 minute initial consultation.
Counselling Sessions - Online, Face to Face or Telephone
Individual Sessions - 60 minutes, £55.00 per session.
Couples & Relationship Counselling Sessions - 75 minutes, cost £85.00 per session
Additional Therapies;
Brainspotting -Initial assessment -1 hr -£50.00
Brainspotting - Further sessions 1hr - £70.00
The Flash Technique Initial assessment - 1 hr- £50
The Flash Technique - 1hr - £70.00
Reiki- £45.00
Reflexology- £45.00

We also offer discounted rates for Blue Light Members.
**BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS**
MIn 50% BACS deposit payment required to confirm all appointments at the time of booking. Full payment to be made 24hrs before the appointment. Any late cancellations or non attendance will be charged in full. A full refund will be made with 24hrs notice or more. or appointment rescheduled for the same week.
